2019 Can-Am World Finals
November 9th, 2019
On night number one of the 2019 Can-Am World Finals, Blake Spencer returned to action at the Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, North Carolina) for the final series event of the season. Drawing 69 World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series entries for the rain-shortened qualifying session, Spencer submitted the 29th and 33rd fastest laps around the half-mile in his group.
Failing to complete a lap in both his heat and B-Main on Friday night, Spencer improved six spots in the 50-lap feature and crossed the stripe, officially, 23rd.
On Saturday night, starting 11th in his heat race, Spencer passed five cars to place 6th but fell short of a transfer position. Withdrawing from his B-Main to rely on a series provisional, Blake would retire early from the 50-lap feature on lap 38.
Blake would finish the 2019 season in tenth in the final World of Outlaws point standings.
